Go Green, Go Marnie! We are on schedule to build the first home that will be LEED Certified (Leadership for Energy and Environmental Design) by the US Green Building Council at 215 Ashwood Street in Bethany Beach. Not only will it be the first LEED Certified Home in the Town of Bethany but also the first in the State of Delaware. We take great pride in doing our part to protect the environment and support all initiatives for sustainable living. A green home is more energy efficient, healthier and uses less waste.  There are many advantages to LEED home such as lower energy and water bills, reduced greenhouse gas emissions and residents will have less exposure to household toxins such as mold.  Marnie Properties is very excited and honored to be the first in initiating "Green Building" in the Town of Bethany Beach.
